Project scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions and fees should be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement before commissioned work begins.

Submitted materials

Clients should submit only material they are authorised to use. Ownership, confidentiality and permitted use of completed work should be defined in the applicable service agreement.
